Error when calling an external web service.

Hello to all the community,

I try to consume a SAP  standard web service: ManageExpectedLiquidityItemIn.

I followed the steps:

1.- Create External Web service Integration:

2.- Create Communication Scenario:

3.- Create "communication system":

4.- creation "Communication arrangement":

By consuming the service I get the error:

Error is: Note = "SOAP:1,023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_BROKEN")"

If I'm missing a step, or do I need to do more?
