Make sure the correct exact version of crystal report runtime is installed on client pc.
Go to C:\Windows\assembly
and check check that
'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=12.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304'
is in the list
