BO related to Resource Management Work Center

Resource Management Work Center -> Resource Profile -> Select an Employee and Edit -> Resource Profile -> Skills tab I need to place some extension Fields.

I have checked for BO's under http://sap.com/xi/AP/FO/HCM/Global and http://sap.com/xi/AP/FO/Resource/Global but, I could not find the related Bo.

Kindly help me in finding the related BO.
