Yes, you are right the values in ECC are not cleared.
Assume that you have a condition inetrnal table with few values in it and when you read and use append to final table of extractor there is some clear issues.
I could see different condition types and their resoective condition vbalues are appended in final table so my guess was clear of condition table work area is not done before append to final statement.
Either check whetehr sy-subrc eq 0 or not after read statement or at teh end before loop stsement ends clear workareas.
