you can't easily handle that character appearing elsewhere.
the other method you can use is related to your previous posts where you searched for specific tokens. as you know though this method can get messy and doesn't always work when the tokens aren't always there.
however, if the tokens are consistent throughout the data then this second method would probably be fine.
have a look at the attached report. extract the contents and change the .txt extension to .rpt.
