So what i understood so far is

1) Till PSA we can do  DELTA/FULL  load any time , even if the previous requests have failed in PSA.

2)For DELTA request a fresh load is not possible in Data target(IC AND dso) and Data mart unless the previous failed loads are not corrected.

3)For FULL request a fresh load is possible in Data target(IC AND dso) and Data mart even if the previous requests have failed .

Please correct me if something is wrong.
