Hi Rajas,

If you need to delete the absence quota record here are the following steps:

If there have been no deductions made from the quota
1. Manually delete the absence quota from infotype 2006 via pa30 as Vivek has mentioned
If there have already been deductions made from the quota, meaning there have been absences taken against it.
1. Make note of any absences that have been made just in case you need to put them back!
2. Delete the absences that were taken against the quota.
3. Run time evaluation
4. Check the infotype 2006 record.
  - If the deductions are now set to 0 then you can delete the quota bucket from pa30 and recreate it as you wish.
  - If the deductions are not set to 0, proceed to step 5
5. Run report RPTBPC10 for the employee. This should correct their quota bucket in 2006 by setting their deductions to 0 so long as all absences which deduct from the quota have been removed.
6. Go to PA30, verify that the absence quota deductions are 0 and manually delete the bucket.
7. Grant me points once this works
