Experts:
I find out the service at SICF is called FITE_EXPENSE_EXPRESS.
On SICF, right click FITE_EXPENSE_EXPRESS -> test service,
it will also give the same error.
Also on SICF, there are about 8 EXPENSE related service, e.g.
FITE_EXPENSE_CANCEL, FITE_EXPENSE_DELETE, etc.
Every one gives the same error when testing them.
Can we use "redirect URL" or "handler" to fix this?
Our debug did not help too much.
Please help.
