Hi,
As you have already applied some of the patches so its not valid to use that stack file.
What i would suggest that try to download all the below DVD and apply the patch using SPAM/SAPINT.
Uncar all the Abap patches in the EPS/in directory and then upload them and and do Queue calculation and apply them.
And hope once we are upgraded to SP8 all the issues are resolved.

For the JAVA patches you can use JSPM or SUM tool to update them.
This is just a suggestion.
