Seems you have used auto confirmation for your order. If the quantity of FG confirmed is more than the order quantity than these difference come. Target quantities comes by multiplying actual confirmed quantity (of FG) with materials/activities planned (as per BOM and routing)
In the materials difference of 4.xx is coming as your actual confirmed quantities are little less than the target quantities. There may be price difference effect also. this all explanation is available in KKS2 at variance button, as I discussed in earlier reply. You can analyse there.
As far as activities are concerned the same is there also as actual quantities are differing with that of target, May be you have confirmed so or if it is automatic confirmation then the Actual quantity confirmed of the product is different as that of costing lot order.
This fact remains the same for materials also. As you can see the Target column has more quantities than the actual.
