there it is a default function of SAP DS, it should work. But it trigged me. maybe it is that we have a 32bit hanaclient on a 64 bit application.... under investigation.

is it possible (and when yes, how), to extend the user interface (SAPUI5) of the ADT, part of SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence (CEI) ?

As far as I know, the user role menu customization (TA LPD_CUST) is used to customize the application Navigation bar an it's entries:
I have tried to connect with the SAP HANA Development Studio to access the repository. I would have expected, that the UI5 Project would be organized there?

I did set a trace on RSUSR100N when searching profile changes for a user... and in fact it is mainly reading table USH04 (Change history for authorizations) & USR11 (profiles names).
I crossed check and the profiles change history from USH04 & RSUSR100N does match.
Sometimes tables names are misleading !

Go to the Section Expert > Highlight the section that this field is in > Check the option 'Suppress Blank Section'.
Also, if the Table2.Comment is placed in the same section as the Patient Name, you would either want to:
1) Create separate sections and place each of these fields in their own section. Also, check the 'Suppress Blank Section' option
Or 2) Add all these fields inside a single Text Object > Right-click the field > Common tab > Check the option 'Suppress Embedded Field Blank Lines'.

We had similar issues in our first attempt to upgrade from BI 4.0 SP2 to BI 4.1 SP4.
You could check if the following files sqlrule.llr and sqlrule.dfa exist in <BI_install_folder>\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64
The issue is described in OSS note 2054800
Do not get confused by the description of the note. Just check the files if they are there and if not, copy them from working environment.
There is also an OSS note for FWM 20030. Maybe worth checking it as well. 1924430

SBWP iview SAP GUI HTML no document content in email
Hello,
if I use the iview SBWP in the Portal SAP GUI for HTML there is no document content shown in the "Doc. Contents TAB" if I open an email
If i use EEC or Portal SAP GUI for Windows and I open the same email from the inbox SBWP the content is shown
see also the screenshot above you see ECC / SAP GUI for windows with content
Down you see the SAP GUI for HTML just showing <
does anybody know how to solve this problem?
I am using SAP Enterprise Portal 7.4

Hi Anton,
This is a very basic "flaw" in B1 (both UI API and DI API). Once a property has been set, you cannot null it, you can only set it to a "neutral" value like 0 or ''.
In case of userfields, the simplest option is direct sql. N.B. only with userfields

If you are adamant about using the DI API,perhaps the options that Pedro suggested work. I have not tested these myself. One option that I know works in some scenarios is saving the entire record in memory, removing it, and adding it back as a "new" record, where you then not set the offending property, as per Pedro's advice.

It seems me a master data issue .Could you please check under "Sales and Distribution" tab(tcode - COMMPR01) sales Org detail have replicated from ERP or not. In case sales area data missing then have to perform request download for this material to correct it in CRM or you can manually also can update.
Secondly in case sales area data is updated in CRM than the product you entered is not mapped in sales area data which you are updading in opportunity. use a correct product.

Re: User is not able to see his work items when he is maintaining a substitute.
The substitute clicks the work item (which he is able to to see since he is a substitute). The work item gets reserved for the substitute (you should be able to see this from the workflow log) => they disappear from everyone else's inbox. Only the user who has reserved the work item is able to see it. This is the most likely reason.
Other reason could be that the agent determination itself has been built in some special way, and I think that this is unlikely...
